The VIM-52HD is a 95 x 35 x 25mm camera weighing 90g, built around ultra low power operation: it sleeps until something happens and wakes to record, which is what gives it 25 days of motion standby from one charge.

It records 1920 x 1080p at up to 30fps as AVI with audio and a time stamp, from a 2MP sensor. Recording starts on motion, on vibration, or to a schedule you set, and the motion sensor works through glass and windows. Loop recording keeps the newest footage as the card fills, and a 256GB card holds up to 156 hours. There is no WiFi and no app. Plugged in it runs around the clock; on its own cell it records about 9 hours continuously.
