The VIM-CLOCKCAM is an 80mm cube: a digital clock, a Bluetooth speaker and a 1080p camera behind a 120 degree pinhole lens, at 130g. Small enough that it does not take over a bedside table.

It joins your WiFi for live view on Android or iOS, records video with audio to a microSD card up to 128GB, and pushes an alert when it detects movement. No-glow infrared keeps a dark room recorded. A 2600mAh cell allows portable use and it records while charging, so on the adapter it runs around the clock.

Charge and load: put a microSD card up to 128GB in the unit and charge the 2600mAh cell or connect the supplied adapter.
Pair it: join it to your WiFi in the free app and set motion detection or continuous recording.

Can it record while plugged into power?

Yes. It records while charging, so on the included adapter it runs 24/7. The 2600mAh cell is there so you can move it.

How does motion detection work?

When something moves inside the 120 degree field of view, the app sends a notification to your phone so you can open the live view immediately.

Is the night vision visible in the dark?

No. It uses no-glow infrared, which lights the scene at a wavelength your eye cannot see, so a dark room is recorded without a light being added to it.

What card does it take?

microSD up to 128GB, not supplied. When the card is full the oldest files are overwritten.

Can I use this to check on my children at home?
