The LawMate PV-DY40UW is a 4K DIY camera module the size of a credit card and 10mm thick. It fits where a camera body will not, on a shelf edge, inside an enclosure or behind a panel at your own property, and it records to its own microSD card whether or not there is a network.

It records 3840 x 2160 at 30fps through a 66 degree lens, or 1920 x 1080 at 120fps when you want smooth fast motion. The 2200mAh battery gives 270 minutes in 4K with WiFi on and 330 minutes with it off, and the supplied RF remote starts and stops it without touching the unit.

Does it keep recording if the WiFi drops?
